Personal Training
In order to transform your body you need a comprehensive program designed according to your individual needs and personal goals.
First you will receive a nutritional consultation and fitness assessment. Any starting place is a new beginning. Matthew or Melissa will work to your level.
You may choose to train with Matthew or Melissa in the comfort of you own home, private gym or in any one of our gyms conveniently located throughout New York City.
Training is between 1-4 day’s a week according on your available time commitment and personal goals. Each session is tailored to you by combining body weight resistance training, free weights, plyo-metric movements, Pilates, stretching and cardiovascular exercise’s in the right combination and proper intensity to produce the most dramatic results and transform you. All you need is the desire to reach your goals and we will help you map the road to success.
