Our 3 session training pack is perfect as an introduction to proper exercise and nutrition or a tune up to your existing program. After we create your fitness profile you will be guided through a customized exercise program according to your needs and goals. All training sessions incorporate traditional strength training exercises with functional and corrective exercise techniques using free weights, resistance machines, body weight exercises, thera-bands and physioballs in order to transform the way you look and feel from the inside out.
